Every order is packed with love and handled by our small-but-mighty team.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for us to process and ship your order.

  • During product drops, sales, or festivals, things may take a little longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.


📦 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on the order size and delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location

  • Free Shipping Orders $200+

🌍 International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! Your festival fit knows no borders.

  • Delivery times vary by country but usually arrive in 7–21 business days.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country — and are the responsibility of the buyer.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).


🚨 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. While we can't control shipping delays, we’ll always help where we can.

  • If your package says “delivered” but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  • Still no luck? Email us at info@discotribeco.com — we’ll do our best to help you locate it.


🛸 Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

If you order a pre-order or made-to-order piece, we’ll list the estimated ship date on the product page. These ship separately from in-stock items.
