Didn’t quite hit your groove? No worries — we’ve got you.

At Disco Tribe, we want every piece to feel like it was made for your dance floor moment. If something’s off, we’ll help you swap it, return it, or find your perfect vibe.


💃 The Basics

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still serving fresh energy
  • Original tags and packaging should still be intact

If it looks like it already partied without us… we can’t take it back.


🔁 Exchanges 

Need a different size or color? Let’s fix that.

  • Exchanges are free (domestic orders)
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll send out your new piece ASAP
  • If your item is out of stock, we’ll help you find something equally iconic

💌 Returns 

  • You can request a return for a refund to your original payment method
  • Return shipping is deducted from your refund
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item

🚫 Final Sale = Final Dance

Some pieces are marked Final Sale.

(This usually includes sale items, limited drops, and certain accessories.)


🌈 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Head to our returns portal
  2. Send email to returns@discotribeco.com and enter your order details
  3. Request your vibe: return or exchange
  4. Follow the steps from your response email that includes shipping label and send it back our way

We’ll handle the rest while you get back to living your best life.
